REBATEKOREA Inc. ("the Company") sets out the standards for withdrawal of purchase, cancellation, and refunds for paid services purchased through OMNI Pass. This policy follows the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.
This policy applies to paid services such as reservations, tickets, and experiences purchased through OMNI Pass.
Under Article 17 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw a purchase within 7 days of the payment date. However, under Article 17(2) of the same Act, withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases, and the Company will notify you of this before payment:
When a withdrawal is accepted, the amount you paid is refunded according to the refund procedure below.
When you cancel a reservation or ticket with a designated date of use, it is refunded as follows depending on when you cancel (dates are based on Korea Standard Time):
If a participating store has announced a separate cancellation policy on the product detail screen, that policy takes precedence.
Refunds proceed as follows:
If a service is not provided or has a serious defect for reasons attributable to the Company, you may receive a full refund of the amount paid, and no cancellation fee is charged.
The Company acts as an online marketplace intermediary and is not a party to the transaction. For refunds of products and services sold or provided directly by a participating store, that store's refund policy takes precedence, and the Company cooperates so that disputes between users and stores are resolved smoothly.
