How to Play

Play rock-paper-scissors to decide the order, then take turns flicking the cap's tail with your finger, going clockwise starting from the first player. 4. The person to the right of whoever makes the tail fall off is penalized and must drink a shot of soju. (With only 2 players, the other person becomes the one penalized.)
